The following is a list of the preventative health recommendations we have for your puppy. Following these guidelines will help your new family member enjoy a long healthy life!

1st Visit (Age 7 – 10 weeks)
• Physical Exam + Behavior/Preventive Health Consult
• 1st Distemper/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza/Parvo Vaccine
• Heartworm Preventative (April thru December)
• Flea Prevention (May thru October)
• Tick Prevention (March thru December)
• Broad spectrum deworming
• Fecal Exam

2nd Visit (Age 10 – 13 weeks)
• Physical Exam + Behavior/Preventive Health Consult
• 2nd Distemper/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza/Parvo Vaccine
• 2nd Deworming (if necessary)
• 1st Lyme Disease Vaccine
• Kennel Cough (Bordatella) Vaccine
3rd Visit (Age 13 – 16 weeks)
• Physical Exam + Behavior/Preventive Health Consult
• 3rd Distemper/Hepatitis/Leptospirosis/Parainfluenza/Parvo Vaccine
• 2nd Lyme Disease Vaccine
4th Visit (Age 16 – 18 weeks)
• Physical Exam + Behavior/Preventive Health Consult
• 4th Distemper/Hepatitis/Leptospirosis/Parainfluenza/Parvo Vaccine
• Rabies Vaccine
• Fecal Exam

Age: Before 6 months
Spay/Neuter Visit
• Ovariohysterectomy (Females)
• Neuter (Males)
• Remove any retained Deciduous Teeth (baby teeth)
• AVID (identification microchip) placement
